NOTEWORTHY.
Byline: The Register-GuardMcChesneys to speak: Marcia and Bill McChesney, active members of the local track and field and road racing community for decades, will talk about the sport in Eugene at 10 a.m. Sunday at the Eugene Running Company at Oakway Center. A late son, Billy McChesney, starred at Oregon and made the U.S. Olympic team at 5,000 meters in 1980.

Anderson and Knight have the second- and fourth-fastest 100 times in the U.S. this season, 11.10 and 11.11.
