Well new boys branded liars.
Motherwell's new Austrian stars were branded liars last night.Vfb Modling, the club they quit, insisted Franz Resch and Mario Doerner were NOT free to sign under Bosman - and threatened to report Well to FIFA.
They claimed Resch was under a two-year contract and Doerner had promised to remain in Austria.
Furious Modling want pounds 125,000 for Resch and pounds 100,000 for Doerner.
Director Christian Janitsch said: "We have made a written protest to the Austrian FA whom we expect to pass on our paperwork to FIFA.
"We have a contract for two years signed by Resch and Doerner gave us his word he was staying.
"We actually got a call from Resch after the transfer begging us not to spoil his chances of playing in the Scottish Premier League.
"I can only assume the players have lied to Motherwell by telling them they are out of contract.
"Our valuations of the Players are modest but we will take this to the highest authority to get the transfer money we are due.
"We suspect Motherwell have been badly advised by the players' agents and, although they have acted in good faith, they still owe us a transfer fee."
Meanwhile, fans who call at Fir Park next Tuesday and Wednesday will receive free car stickers to mark Well winning the 1927 Real Madrid and Barcelona tournaments.
The club will also flood Lanarkshire with 10,000 free pocket fixture lists in a bid to lure new supporters.
