Time Warner Center gaining Landmarc.

The highly successful TriBeCa bistro, Landmarc, has leased 10,630 s/f on the third floor at The Restaurant and Bar Collection of the Time Warner Center in a high profile leasing transaction brokered by Alan Victor, executive vice president, and Tom Duke, managing director, of The Lansco Corporation.

Peter Peterson, senior asset manager at Related Urban Development, represented Time Warner Center, where asking rent is $200 a square foot on the upper floors. The restaurant has plans to open in early 2007 after a build out by the internationally regarded Clodagh Design.

"Time Warner Center is one of the greatest private developments in the world with arguably the finest collection of restaurants and chefs under one roof," said Duke.

"Landmarc's popular price point will compliment Time Warner's existing group of fine eateries that include Asiate, Per Se, Stone Rose and Masa," added Victor.

The space features high ceilings and Northern and Eastern exposures overlooking Central Park.

Chef Marc Murphy and Pamela Schein Murphy founded Landmarc in 2004 in TriBeCa. The restaurant serves contemporary bistro fare.
