Situated on the first floor of the stylish Radisson SAS Hotel at the landmark Beetham Tower, Filini -meaning matchstick thin pasta - is the brainchild of restaurateur Roy Ackerman and cleverly blends contemporary Italian dining with traditional Sardinian ingredients.
