David makes daily visits to Twink ..he's sorry for his affair; TWINK EXCLUSIVE HUSBAND'S CHANGE OF HEART.

PANTO star Twink's love cheat ex-husband David Agnew has come running back to the star and is visiting her every day, the Irish Daily Mirror can reveal.

Agnew is back in the family home after splitting with the mother of his four-year-old child Ruth Hickey - six years after he walked out on Twink, whose real name is Adele King.

Well-placed sources have revealed David is keen to be back in the stage star's life and has sought forgiveness for cheating on her.

The Irish Daily Mirror can reveal David is now living on his own and only visits Hickey to see their son.

David is making daily calls to Twink's home in Knocklyon, South Dublin, and has resurrected his "close bond" with the star.

One source revealed: "David has changed.

He's back at home visiting every day and they are closer than ever.

"He's really into the family life again and he would love to get back with Adele.

"He wants to resurrect their marriage and is in the house every day. Adele has had the last laugh over Ruth."

Twink famously told Agnew to "zip up your Mickey" in a phone message rant after she discovered Hickey was pregnant with his child.

In the fuming tirade she also branded him "a fat, bald middle aged d**khead".

But sources said she could have the last laugh with Agnew determined to save their marriage.

SIGNS

The source added: "Lots of people in the neighbourhood think they could get back on track. All the signs are there.

"There's no escaping the fact he's also playing a major role in Adele and the girls' lives again.

"And he doesn't even like talking about Ruth so he's drawn a line under that chapter of his life.

"Adele was badly hurt when their marriage came to an end.

"She was a wounded woman for years and she's worked hard to get her life back on track.

"So David may have a battle on his hands if he's to be accepted back into her life with open arms. But the early signs are certainly promising.

"The truth is David misses his family - Twink and the girls - and it hit him hard that relations were so strained between them.

"He's doing everything he can to put it right.

"He's thrilled he's getting close to Adele again after so many years of hurt and tension."

Twink married musician Agnew 27 years ago and lives with their two daughters Chloe and Naomi.

They split after rumours surfaced he was having an affair with National Concert Orchestra musician Hickey.

Agnew set up home with Hickey and two years later they had a son.

The source added: "David still has a lot of love for Adele and there is a bond there that goes back a long time.

"They can finally see eye to eye again and he can't get enough of being at the family home.

"Adele is surprised by what's happened but she's thrilled.

"They've been keeping the visits off the public radar because they had such an acrimonious split and it's early days.

"But they are both delighted with the way things are going."
