ISLAMABAD, 13 May, 2009 (Frontier Star) -- Federal Minister for Railways, Ghulam Ahmad Shaikh Ghulam Ahmad (23 May, 1923-20 September, 2003) formed Resources Company Ltd., a holding company that promotes resource development in Pakistan.
