SMOOTH Ayr Gold Cup winner Blue Cashmere (E Johnson) sees out the extra furlong well to land another valuable prize for Michael Stoute. Bill Wightman's Queendom (W Carson) and Peter Walwyn's Tudor Mill (P Eddery) fill the minor placings in the Trafalgar House Stakes.
BARRY Hills' Straight As A Die comes home straight as a gun barrel for Frankie Durr to claim the Royal Lodge Stakes in a photo from Ryan Price's 5 to 2 fav Angerstein and Tony Murray.

GUY Harwood's three-year-old Sackford comes with a smooth run under Greville Starkey to land the QEII Stakes from Henry Cecil's 5 to 4 favourite Adonijah (L Piggott). John Dunlop's Montekin and Brian Rouse run on to be third with Matt McCormack's Horage (S Cauthen) back in fourth.
CECIL enjoys better luck in the Diadem Stakes when Lester canes 9 to 4 fav Salieri up in the last stride to pip Ian Balding's Silverdip (P Eddery) with David Chapman's cracking filly Soba a length away in third under Dandy Nicholls
BALDING takes the Royal Lodge Stakes with Paul Mellon-owned 25 to 1 chance Gold and Ivory (S Cauthen). In a five-runner field Cecil's Trojan Fen (Piggott) and Harwood's Rousillon (Starkey) go off 6 to 5 jt favs but it's a clean up for the books.
BARRY Hills' Desirable (S Cauthen) gets up close home in the Cheveley Park to pip Clive Brittain's brilliant filly Pebbles (P Robinson).
CECIL'S Vacarme (J Mercer) is another bookies' benefit when odds on for the Middle Park but gets a right good gubbing from Charlie Nelson's 50 to 1 rag Creag-an-Sgor ridden by the Kentucky Kid.

DESPITE having the albatross of Cash Asmussen hanging round its neck, Neville Callaghan's 11 to 1 chance Fairy Heights bolts home in the Fillies' Mile from Michael Stoute's
Dance To The Top (W Carson).
JOHNNY Gosden's 10 to 11 fav Catrail scoots home in the Diadem under Wee Muis with Mark Johnston's Marina Park (Dettori) back in second.
THE Gosden chap turns over Richard Hannon's Lemon Souffle (Piggott) in the Cheveley Park with 12 to 1 chance Prophecy (P Eddery). Keeping the bookies' Caribbean holiday fund going nicely Geoff Wragg's First Trump (M Hills) lands the Middle Park with Peter Chapple-Hyam's hot fav Turtle Island (J Reid) all washed-up.
