PAT'S RAGE; TV Kenny furious as mag brands him the MOST dislikeable star in Ireland.

PAT Kenny was in a fury last night after being dubbed the least likeable star in Ireland.

The Late Late Show host was outraged by Mongrel magazine, which also branded him a s***head and a moron.

Pat said: "The people who produced that have to be lowlife - and you can quote me on that." The foul-mouthed mag also labels him "the biggest c*** in Ireland".

Pat added: "That's a terrible thing to be called. It's offensive to men and women.

"That type of language is dreadful and a magazine that printed it is not worth the paper it's written on."

In the highly personal attack, the mag says: "Pat Kenny, you are a moron."

It continues: "On television he is at his worst, mainly because you can see him.

"Kenny is one of the country's highest paid 'entertainers'. This despite diminishing audiences for his radio show and the loss of a third of his audience since the commencement of The Late late Show in 1999.

"This wouldn't be so bad if Rupert Murdoch paid his wages, but RTE is a state entity so our TV licence helps pay for this s***head."

Pat said: "I don't mind being criticised, I get it all the time.

"But there can be no defence for that sort of disgusting language."

The mag also compares Kenny to Steve Coogan's comic creation Alan Partridge, saying he shares the same "woodenness, bad sense of humour, pomposity, arrogance and lack of tact, empathy or personality".
