For the first time in the company's 88-year history, Brigham's popular vanilla ice cream will be available in a novelty bar.The Massachusetts-based ice cream company's Premium Vanilla, which consistently has earned the first place ranking in sales, will now be encased in a premium-quality chocolate coating and sold in boxes of four 3-ounce bars.
The Brigham's Ice Cream Bar, offered in both creamy milk and dark (semi-sweet) chocolate coatings, will be available to supermarkets and grocery stores throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maine and other parts of New England beginning in February.
