ST LEGER winner Millenary has been retired to Sean Kinsella's Knockhouse Stud in County Kilkenny, where he will stand as a jumps stallion in 2006. The acquisition of the eight-year-old son of Rainbow Quest was negotiated by Brian Grassick Bloodstock.

T rained by John Dunlop for owner-breeder Neil Jones, Millenary notched 12 wins in his 35-race career, 11 of them in Group company, including dual victories in the Princess of Wales's Stakes and Doncaster Cup, both Group 2 contests.

Out of the Dancing Brave mare Ballerina, Millenary is a full-brother to Derby third Let The Lion Roar and a half-brother to the Group 3 P rincess Royal Stakes winner Head In The Clouds.
