TWO early goals put Solihull on their way to ending Bilston's seven game unbeaten start to the season.Leon Jackson mis-hit a fifth minute chance for Bilston but Boro took full advantage in the 15th minute.
Craig Dutton went through the home defence at ease and set up Chris Smith who rifled home an angled shot.
Boro struck again in the 22nd minute with further involvement from Smith. The home defence struggled to clear his deep cross and the half clearance fell perfectly for Andy Lovelock who calmly picked his spot from 18 yards.
The lively Smith struck again in the 53rd minute to make it 3-0.
There was some hope for Bilston after 70 minutes when Lee Rollason pulled one back, heading home a Jon Purdie corner at the far post.
However, the home defence was again all over the place in the 75th minute when Craig Woodfield crossed to the near post for substitute Paul Pippard to net.
Pippard made it 5-1 in the 84th minute when he headed home following a corner kick.

STOURPORT caused an upset as they dumped higher league opponents Atherstone out of the Cup on their own ground.
The Midland Alliance visitors thoroughly deserved their surprise win as Atherstone struggled to get their game together.
The first half offered little to entertain the crowd but Swifts should have broken the deadlock in the 55th minute as Simon March headed against the upright but his side got the winner on the hour mark.
A quickly-taken free-kick by Alex Cowley caught the home defence flatfooted and although Lee Booth saw his first effort blocked by Dale Belford the forward was on hand to ram the rebound home.
Atherstone boss Steve Mackenzie threw on his substitutes in the late attempt to grab an equaliser. This looked to have paid off three minutes from time as Paul Genner was dragged down by Lee Young, but sub Paul Jones placed the spot-kick wide.

SHEPSHED hit back from trailing 2-0 after just 17 minutes to end neighbours Oadby's Cup hopes. Shepshed had equalised by the 37th minute and then Oadby had two players sent off as they lost their way.
Jason Knight was red-carded for Oadby in the 59th minute and after Andy Davies had given Shepshed the lead, Oadby defender Adam Beazley followed Knight into the changing rooms.
Oadby's central striker Andy Tiday skilfully chipped the ball over Shepshed keeper Dean Thomas in the sixth minute and in the 17th minute he set up Richard Walker for Town's second strike.
Shepshed changed from a 3-4-3 formation to 4-4-2 and Lee McGlinchey produced a stunning strike in the 26th minute to put Shepshed back into the tie.
Eight minutes before half-time they were level, Ibrahim Bah forcing in Andy Commander's free-kick.
Davies fired them ahead in the 67th minute, hammering the ball into the net after Lee Quincey jumped over Michael McLarnon's cross.
McGlinchey clinched the tie in the 83rd minute, rifling Bah's pass low past Jason Trinder.

STAFFORD stayed firmly on the Cup trail as they booked their place in the next qualifying round firing two first half goals against Dr Martens opponents Paget.
Midland Alliance newboys Stafford had to soak up early pressure when Paul McColgan threatened to give Paget a 12 minute lead with a close range header.
But Paget were made to pay as Stafford killed off the game with two goals in the final five minutes of the first half.
Buckley scored at the far post in the 40th minute before DeMatteo struck 60 seconds before half time.

ANDY Lucas netted twice to steer Hinckley into the next round of the Cup when they easily overcame Gedling.
The home side never really needed to get out of second gear against a team two divisions lower in the Pyramid.
United soon took control and after Jamie Lenton's 30-yard rocket smacked against the crossbar the same player was rewarded on 14 minutes when he rounded keeper Lee Brostor for the opening goal.
Leading scorer Lucas doubled the lead with a sweet finish on the hour and 12 minutes later Lucas got his second from substitute Gary Ricketts' pin-point cross.

GLOUCESTER scraped through to the next round by the skin of their teeth, thanks to a wonder goal by Andy Tucker.
Karl Bayliss emerged from a defensive mix-up to put City in front in the 13th minute of a ding-dong first half.
But the Robins fought back with some very clever play and their first corner brought a free-kick on the area edge and Sam Bowen's 40th minute equaliser went in off the post.
Evesham's clever off-side traps frustrated the City strikers until the 76th minute. Wayne Thorne's free kick on half way was chipped on by Bayliss for Tucker to lob the keeper from 18 yards.

STAPENHILL and Barwell will lock horns again at Kirby Road on Tuesday night after their clash at Edge Hill ended in stalemate.
Stapenhill looked set to make the most of home advantage after powering into a 1-0 interval lead against their Midland Alliance rivals.
Taylor pounced 60 seconds before half time following good work by Copeland.
But Whittall earned Barwell a replay with a 63rd minute equaliser.

TWO goals in second half injury time means the two teams meet again on Tuesday night for the right to entertain Stourport Swifts.
In the seventh minute of injury time the hard-working Peter Sutton made space inside the left-hand side of the penalty area and his low cross was slotted home from close range by Jamie McWilliams.
However, the lead only lasted 45 seconds.
Bromsgrove captain Steve Ulfig conceded a free-kick on the right wing. Willie Dunn's low free-kick was only cleared as far as Oldbury substitute Andrew Rutter who hit a 20-yard shot through a crowd of players and past unsighted goalkeeper Nore Gabbidon.
The game as a whole was a very poor affair with chances at a premium for both sides.

TWO second half goals from Belper marksman Carl Cunningham sent Redditch crashing out of the competition.
Redditch opened the scoring with a Martin Myers header on 16 minutes but this was cancelled out by a Darren Turner stunner on the half hour.
Another effort from Myers on 35 minutes took the home side in at the break a goal to the good but they would have been coasting towards victory had Adam Nicholls and Ian Bennett made more of simple chances.
Paul Danks saw his second half effort saved by visiting keeper Steve Roome and this spurred the Unibond visitors on to victory.
Midfielder Richard Flint headed against the upright before Cunningham levelled the scores miday through the half following an awful clearance by Nicholls.
The winning goal came seven minutes from time, Craig Smithurst's header against the post causing havoc in the Redditch defence and Cunningham forced the ball home from the ensuing scramble.

RICK RAMSHAW scored twice as Grantham came from behind to deservedly book a place in the second qualifying round.
After creating a string of first-half chances Grantham surprisingly found themselves trailing to an Adam Webster header from Stuart Holt's corner on 25 minutes.
But Grantham levelled on 50 minutes when Wayne Hallcro's near post cross was met by Ramshaw's accurate glancing header.
Town set up a gear and went in front on 64 minutes as Neil moved smartly down the left before picking up central defender Rick Wright who headed past Ladkin from six yards.
And Ramshaw wrapped up the win for the home side with an angled drive five minutes from the end.

TWO late lobs proved the undoing of Stourbridge as a double first half strike from Anthony Robinson proved in vain.
Ex-Rushden & Diamonds player Dave Staff chipped Stamford's late winner over keeper Darren Alden from 30-yards out and it was the Daniels utility player who also opened for the Dr Martens visitors from the edge of the area following a fourth minute corner.
Robinson tucked away Stourbridge's 35th minute equaliser after Simon Black charged down an attempted clearance.
Further pressure from the Glassboys then saw Robinson launch the hosts in to the lead beating Steve Corry from just inside the area with a low drive.
But in the 79th minute Malcolm Ndekwe lobbed Alden from 25-yards out to hit the Stourbridge bar and the rebound fell to Nick Ashby to net Stamford level.

CORBY were ruthlessly punished for their mistakes as they bowed out of the Cup.
The hosts created more chances than the Steelmen and took the lead on 34 minutes when, following a mistake by David Hollis, Justin O'Reilly easily netted.
Then three minutes from half time the same player easily scoring again after an error by Tyrone Mintus.
