what's it worth? antiques Mike Litherland Outhwaite & Litherland 43 Hoghton Street, Southport, PR9 0PG.

Q. COULD you please value the Royal Doulton trug (three handles) that has been in my possession for over 40 years.

I am having a clear out and wouldn't like to put it into the bin if it is of any value.

I believe it to be from the Lambeth factory, it has the Royal Doulton stamp with a number 5011 also initials EB & HD on the bottom,185mm high, it's in very good condition.

Mr R Johnson, Warrington

A. A Doulton Lambeth Stoneware three-handled drinking vessel, with coloured applied and incised floral decoration standing 7 1/2 in high, probably by Ethel Beard and an unknown assistant. Value at auction pounds 100-pounds 200.
