George Clarke's Council House Scandal (Channel 4, 9pm-10pm) George Clarke embarks on a campaign to kick start a housing revolution, and attempts to uncover the reasons behind the steep decline in affordable council house building. George meets visionary architects of the past, and visits the best and worst examples of housing on offer, and a trip to Vienna - where social housing can come with indoor and outdoor pools - proves inspirational for his housing vision for the future. Back in the UK, George challenges the government to reform housing policy, before taking matters into his own hands on his campaign to kick start a new wave of council house building.
Inside the Secret World of Incels (BBC1, 11.35pm-12.25am) Incels, short for involuntary celibates, are sexually frustrated young men who have found support among one another on the net. As well as explaining how an online ideology can push young men into disturbing behaviour, this film also unearths some of the reasons for the community's existence.
Remarkable Places to Eat (BBC2, 8pm-9pm) Leading chefs take maitre d' and First Dates star Fred Sirieix to experience dining at their favourite restaurants and explore what goes into making them so special. This time, chef Michel Roux Jr takes Fred to some of his favourite restaurants in Paris. First, the pair visit one of the most famous restaurants in the city, La Tour D'Argent.
The Best Little Prison in Britain? (STV, 8pm-8.30pm) Documentary exploring the only prison on the Isle of Man, which houses 150 inmates and is governed by an entirely different legal system from the rest of the UK. The first episode introduces the man who runs the prison shop, which inmates can use depending on their behaviour.
Animal Babies: First Year on Earth (BBC2, 9pm-10pm) From around three months old, our animal babies are all able to get around on their own, but the impact of their environment and the struggle to find food really begins to hit home. Although the youngsters are quickly growing into their abilities, every day brings challenges to their future success.
