Inspired by Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates and calisthenics and certain dance moves, this 45-minute workout is designed to strengthen the core, release pressure from compressed joints and boost blood circulation within the brain.

WHAT'S WHA IT LIKE? AS I position myself into seemingly impossible yoga postures, under the guidance of an instructor, it feels like I'm defying the laws of physics - all with the help of a red silk hammock firmly attached to the ceiling and supporting my weight.

The head rush I experience during t| inverted yogi pose is quite controlled and relaxed - this posture is said to help stimulate therelease of brain neurotransmitters.

My arm and core muscles get a good workout and I find the deep relaxing leg stretches particularly great for my hamstrings. If you suffer from vertigo, or other health conditions, it's a good idea to consult your doctor first.
