Dough Petals Ingredients (serves 2) Dough Garlic Butter Grated Parmesan Method 1. Collect all your equipment and ingredients before you start.
2. Roll your dough into a nice pizza shape, making sure it has the same thickness all along. 3. Brush with garlic oil and dust evenly with parmesan and black pepper to taste 4. Roll the dough up like a Swiss roll and, being very careful, cut the dough on an angle into small slices using a knife.
5. Place cut dough on a lightly oiled tray, facing upwards. Making sure there is space around each piece of dough and place into a pre-heated oven on a low heat. 6. Cook for no longer than two and half minutes. Once dough petals are golden brown remove from oven, brush with garlic butter, serve immediately.
