GOOSEBUMPS (PG) GALE Cooper (Amy Ryan) arrives in Delaware with her teenage son Zach (Dylan Minnette).

Their new next-door neighbour is the mysterious Mr Shivers (Jack Black), whose daughter Hannah (Odeya Rush) is also an enigma. Zach and his socially awkward pal Champ (Ryan Lee) break into Mr Shivers' home and discover the truculent father is renowned author RL Stine. In the process of uncovering this startling truth, Zach unlocks one of Stine's books and accidentally unleashes characters from Stine's spine chilling back catalogue.

Charlie Brown (voiced by Noah Schnapp) develops a crush on the Little Red Haired Girl (Francesca Capaldi), who moves in across the street. Unable to talk to his new neighbour, even with the encouragement of Snoopy (Bill Melendez), Charlie resolves to catch the girl's eye by winning his school's talent competition.

Snoopy and Woodstock OUR BRAND IS CRISIS (15) SPIN doctor extraordinaire 'Calamity' Jane Bodine (Sandra Bullock) has turned her back on political chicanery after a breakdown.

Campaign consultants Ben (Anthony Mackie) and Nell (Ann Dowd) offer Jane a rocky path back to glory. Pedro Castillo (Joaquim de Almeida), the unpopular president of Bolivia, is seeking re-election, but he trails in the polls. He needs Jane's expertise to turn the political tide in his favour, away from frontrunner Rivera (Louis Arcella), whose campaign is masterminded by her nemesis, Pat Candy (Billy Bob Thornton).
