? ?BATH quartet The Heavy play Birmingham's Academy 2 tonight when they will no doubt concentrate on material from newly-released fourth album Hurt & The Merciless.

.. THE Goo Goo Dolls, whose new album Boxes is tearing up the US charts, have announced their first UK tour since 2013, featuring a date at Birmingham's O2 Institute on Thursday, October 13.

? FRESH from her support slot with Michael Bolton, Gabrielle has confirmed a headline tour this autumn, calling in at Birmingham's Town Hall on Wednesday, November 2.

? CHARLIE Puth, whose Marvin Gaye hit helped coax his singles sales past two million and push debut album Nine Track Mind into the top ten, plays Birmingham's O2 Institute on Sunday, May 22.

ABC have confirmed a fullscale autumn tour, stopping off at Birmingham Symphony Hall on Monday, October 24, when they will play their landmark 1982 Lexicon Of Love album in its entirety plus tracks from Lexicon Of Love II which, out on May 27, must rank as one of the most belated sequels in pop history.
