HAIM, the LA trio comprising sisters Este, Danielle and Alana, will follow up their stint at this month's iTunes Festival with a short UK tour that will include a date at Birmingham's HMV Institute on December 5. Debut album Days Are Gone will be out on Polydor on September 30, preceded by new single The Wire on September 23.
BIRMINGHAM band Peace have lined up their biggest tour to date to support debut album In Love, kicking off at Nottingham's Rock City on Friday November 29 and winding up at Birmingham Academy on Friday, December 13. They'll be backed up by new Sheffield duo Drenge.
EXIT Calm, whose new single The Future Isn't What It Used To Be is out on September 23, will be reinforcing their claims as one of Britain's most exciting young guitar bands on a tour that takes in Birmingham's O2 Academy 3 on Thursday, September 26 and Nottingham's Bodega on September 29.
BLACK Star Riders will present debut album All Hell Breaks Loose on a lengthy tour that takes in Wolverhampton's Wulfrun Hall on Saturday, November 30, Leamington's Assembly on Tuesday, December 10 and Nottingham's Rock City on December 12. Tickets are PS22.50.
DREADZONE release new album Escapades - complete with guest appearance from The Clash's Mick Jones - on Monday before marking their 20th anniversary with a tour that includes dates at Wolverhampton's Slade Rooms on Thursday, October 10 and Nottingham's Rescue Rooms on Friday, October 18.
