pounds 330,000 for teacher.

A TEACHER is set to receive a pounds 330,000 pay-out from her former employer after being threatened by a thug at her school.

Birmingham City Council confirmed that it had agreed the out-of-court settlement with Anna Mongey after she launched legal action following an incident at Lindsworth Special School in May 2001.

It is understood that the teacher, who has refused to comment, never returned to her job after being left traumatised by an intruder to the Kings Norton school.
