# FOREWARNED is forearmed, as the saying goes, so take this as your fourminute warning.

Music's answer to the reconstituted chicken burger - The Fast Food Song is about to leave its greasy stain on the charts.

The midweek charts has it at number three, so it must've sold at least 10 copies.

The Fast Food Song really lives up to it's name (you'll need 24 pints of Stella to appreciate it and then you'll want to puke).

If you've not heard it yet, what's your secret?

And those who have might like to know who these pop offenders are. The Fast Food Rockers, as they're so cheesily called, are some kind of comic book creation (two girls and a boy) who make Steps look like they've stepped out of the pages of Vogue .

The boy in the band, Martin, comes from Pembrokeshire. The final nail in the coffin of Cool Cymru, surely.

With a chorus of ``Pizza Hut, A Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken and a Pizza Hut,'' the best thing to do with the this record is to follow the fast food chain's litter advice - and dispose of it responsibly.

And after toppling Justin Timberlake off the top of the album charts, the Stereophonics slipped to number two in this week's album charts.

You Gotta Go There To Come Back was knocked off the top by Radiohead, so there's no shame in that.
