miro LAUNCHES U.S. PRESENCE AT COMDEX

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- miro Computer Products, Inc. debuts its new-to-the-U.S. miroCrystal(TM) PC graphic card product line with a major presence at the 1993 annual Fall COMDEX in Las Vegas, Nov. 15-19 (Sands booth No. 1161). They'll be at this, America's largest computer trade show, with an extremely large 30-by-40-foot exhibit, with "A Passion for Graphics" as its theme. It will feature all 15 miroCrystal graphics boards, with continuous demonstrations of their standard-setting performance, features and innovative utilities.
Comdex will also mark the introduction of miro TwinFace, which lets two miroCyrstal cards work in tandem to display a very large Windows desktop across two monitors. Other displays will showcase an on-screen "magnifying glass"; quick hardware-scrolling virtual screens that make more than a monitor-full available to view; unique color-matching and color-temperature matching utilities; a novel size matching facility; and more. miro will also show a new video digitizer card for multimedia applications, and preview a video compression module for it.
miro is kicking-off national advertising and public relations efforts in advance of Comdex; these will continue after the show. miro Computer Products, Inc. is the subsidiary of miro Computer Products AG (Braunschweig, Germany), founded 1982, a leading European graphics company with more than $60 million in annual sales. miro's entrance into the American PC graphics market makes it instantly the largest company in this marketplace.
miro will also be visible at Comdex with a small fleet of miro VIP/Press Express limousines and with a "Hollywood Premiere" press reception.
