mFormation Names Matthew Bancroft as Chief Marketing Officer.

EDISON, N.J. -- mFormation[R] Technologies Inc., the leading global provider of complete mobile device management (MDM) software, today announced the appointment of Matthew Bancroft as Chief Marketing Officer. Bancroft will be responsible for ramping up mFormation's world wide marketing efforts and leading the company's product management and business development activities.

Bancroft comes to mFormation with more than thirteen years of marketing, business development and telecommunications experience. Most recently, he ran business development for Flarion Technologies, a leading-edge, venture-backed, mobile broadband technologies company that was recently acquired by Qualcomm, playing a key role in their strategy and rapid growth. His experience also includes helping a wide range of companies develop and execute business strategies for Evercore Partners and Bain and Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard University, Boston MA, and received his Masters of Engineering and BA in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge University, UK.
