TELECOMWORLDWIRE-December 9, 2011-iPhone and iPod security leash developed by new company Kenu(C)1994-2011 M2 COMMUNICATIONS

Kenu, a newly established lifestyle products company, announced today the launch of its first product: an iPhone and iPod security leash for outdoor enthusiasts.

Highline is made with a strong, densely braided Kevlar core. It has an abrasion resistant loop that can be attached to zipper pulls, belt loops or d-rings, while the stainless steel locking mechanism securely connects into iPhone and iPod dock connectors to help stop the device from getting lost.

According to Kenu its iPhone and iPod leash is specifically designed for skiing and snowboarding but is also suitable for everyday use.

Kenu founder Ken Minn, who also co-founded Joby Inc, said that he developed Highline after losing two iPhones on the slopes last season.

Pricing details were not announced.
