1 Partridge in a Pear Tree 50ml Absolut pear vodka, 15ml lemon juice, 10ml caramel syrup, 100ml apple juice.
Shake and strain and serve in a highball glass full of ice. Garnish with a pear fan with a thyme sprig. S 2 Turtle Doves 40ml Appleton Estate VX rum, 25ml Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur), 15ml Baileys, 25ml espresso coffee, 5ml vanilla syrup. Shake and strain and serve in an old fashioned glass on the rocks. Garnish with a chocolate rim and coffee beans on top.
3 French Hens 25ml Appleton Estate VX rum, 50ml Advocaat (egg liqueur), 15ml Kahlua Shake and strain, and serve in a brandy glass frape, then garnish with a cinnamon stick.
4 Calling Birds 40ml Buffalo Trace bourbon, 25ml 10ml freshly pressed lemon juice, Chambord, 15ml white chocolate liqueur, 5ml vanilla syrup, 6-8 mint leaves. Shake and double strain, and serve in an old fashioned glass on the rocks.
Garnish with a crushed ice nest with raspberry, blackberry and mint.
5 Gold Rings 25ml Goldschlager (cinnamon liqueur), 35ml ruby port wine, 15ml butterscotch Schnapps, 35ml apple juice. Shake and double strain, and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with apple and gold flakes.
6 Geese a-Laying 40ml Appleton Estate VX rum, 15ml Martini Rosso, 15ml Frangelico, 5ml Amaretto, 5ml sugar syrup, 30ml double cream. Shake and double strain and serve on a brandy glass neat. Garnish with small pieces of hazelnut floating on the cream.
7 Swans a-Swimming 40ml Zubrowka vodka, 25ml St Germain elderflower liqueur, 20ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, 5ml egg white.
Stir and strain and serve in a martini glass, and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
8 Maids a-Milking 40ml Absolut vodka, 15ml creme de cassis, 15ml coconut cream, 15ml strawberry puree, 20ml double cream. Shake and strain and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with strawberry on the rim of the glass and a mint sprig.
9 Ladies Dancing 15ml Absolut vodka, 10ml Creme de Mure, 10ml lemon juice, 5ml sugar syrup, top with Champagne.
Shake and strain and serve in a flute. Garnish with blackberry with icing sugar on a stick.
10 Lords a-Leaping 50ml Merlot red wine, 15ml Martell VS cognac, 15ml white chocolate liqueur, 10ml Grand Marnier, 5ml cinnamon syrup. Dry shake with no ice, and serve in a wine glass. Garnish with orange zest and cloves.
11 Pipers Piping 40ml Glenmorangie single malt whisky, 25ml white chocolate liqueur, 15ml blackcurrant jam, 25ml cranberry juice, slice of chilli. Shake and double strain and serve in a martini glass.
Garnish with orange zest spray and red currants.
12 Drummers Drumming 30ml ruby port wine, 15ml peach liqueur, 30ml apple juice, 5ml Lagavulin (smoky whisky).
Shake and double strain and serve in an old-fashioned glass on the rocks. Garnish with peach and blackberry.
