havePOWER to Install ReliOn Fuel Cells in Ohio.

Spokane, WA-based fuel cell developer and marketer ReliOn and Washington, DC-based fuel cell distributor, installer, integrator and servicer havePOWER, LLC recently announced that the State of Ohio has awarded havePOWER a contract for its integrated backup power solution, which is built around ReliOn's fuel cell system.

According to the companies, a one-kilowatt Independence 1000 ReliOn fuel cell will be integrated into havePOWER's backup power systems to provide backup power at four of Ohio's Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS) microwave radio towers.

"We have used ReliOn fuel cells in our critical communications infrastructure power integrations in Pennsylvania and Maryland," said havePOWER chief operating officer George Milne. "We know from experience...that ReliOn's fuel cells are rock-solid reliable...."
