eXstatic Software, Accelerating Its Growth in Emarketing Solutions Space, Hires New Vice President of Sales.

Experienced sales management pro Troy Bise is ramping up sales force

for aggressive domestic and international push

eXstatic Software, the emarketing subsidiary of Exchange Applications, Inc. (Nasdaq:EXAP), today announced that Troy Bise, formerly of McGraw-Hill, has joined the company as vice president of sales. In this new role, Bise will oversee eXstatic's direct sales force and ongoing account management of eXstatic's existing customers.

Bise's appointment comes at a critical time for eXstatic: demand for the company's leading emarketing solutions is exploding. He has already begun building the sales infrastructure required to support the company's continued swift growth, and hired several new sales team members. Bise reports to David McFarlane, chief operating officer of eXstatic parent company Exchange Applications, Inc.

Bise joins eXstatic Software from McGraw-Hill Corporation, where he lead a thirteen person sales force, responsible for over $8 million in annual billing. At McGraw-Hill, Bise gained extensive experience in hi-tech sales and marketing, concentrating in online database information services. Bise also led McGraw-Hill's northwest region financial, marketing and personnel organization. Prior to his tenure at McGraw-Hill, Bise held positions at Wordperfect Corporation and Delux Corp., where he lead all sales efforts for Northern Utah.

Bise holds a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University and a master's degree from Utah State University.
