ePropertyTax announces release of tax return filing system Property Tax Office 6.0. (Technology: Update).

The provider of the online property tax management system, ePropertyTax, Inc., announced the addition of a nation-wide personal property tax return filing system with the release of Property Tax Office 6.0. With the added ability to prepare personal property tax returns via the new personal property returns module, Property Tax Office 6.0 becomes one the most comprehensive property tax management tools and the only property tax management system available for use entirely through the Web.

Property Tax Office is a web-accessible solution that manages corporate real and personal property tax processes through accurate, real-time, and cost-effective data management. The software can filter, sort, find, and process millions of fixed asset records in seconds, helping to identify unnecessary expenses. New data import technology integrated into this latest release will virtually eliminate the need for manual entry of fixed assets due to its ability to import any file format from most software systems.

"In my 20 years experience in the property tax area, I have found ePropertyTax to be the most technologically advanced and accurate system on the market," said Paul Blythe, senior manager of KPMG "Property Tax Office 6.0 is the most powerful and user friendly system available for property tax management and personal property compliance."

"Real and personal property taxes can potentially represent millions of dollars of uncontrolled costs within a large company," said Richard Nearhood, CEO of ePropertyTax. "Companies need the same best practices tools they apply to their core business to properly measure, manage, and control their property taxes."

Most companies use real-time information to solve problems that affect their core business, but they lack real-time property tax information and are completely reactive when it comes to managing property taxes. Lack of real-time information costs these companies millions of dollars.

"AIMCO has been an ePropertyTax customer for almost three years. Their level of service and support is second to none," said Jim Malphrus of AIMCO.
