e-business: QCom wins its stripes.
As a Zebra authorised service provider, QCom will provide specialist technical expertise to make sure that equipment is fully maintained and that any downtime caused by a fault is minimised. QCom will log all fault calls at its control centre in Birmingham.
David Day, account manager for Zebra in the UK, said: 'Through out business partner agreement, we have recommended QCom's maintenance service to customers buying our equipment for some time.'
