Salalah: The international conference 'e-Trade: Prospects and Challenges' concluded yesterday in the presence of Dr Rasheed bin Al Safi Al Huraibi, Chairman of the Tender Board. The conference recommended founding of the Omani Society for e-Trade that would take care of all e-Trade aspects, which need to be implemented. The conference also called for the establishment of a local electronic market with a comprehensive website under the supervision of Information Technology Authority.
