e-Tenants online portal announces new partner providers.

e-Tenants, the first and most successful at-work online portal for tenants in the commercial real estate industry, announced six new Partner Providers who have joined the e-Tenants team. The new Partner Providers will offer their respective services to all registered users of e-Tenants. Created by Brandywine Realty Trust as an exclusive, value-added service for its tenants, e-Tenants was launched in May 2000 and is available in over 300 Brandywine buildings.

The six new Partner Providers are Remington Group, Inc, ePlaced.com, DataGuard Group, LLC, Boise Cascade, ADP, and Cenero. The Remington Group is a new strategic alliance partner offering a corporate move coordination service known as Smart Move. ePlaced.com provides a web-based approach in contracting out the services of both business and IT professionals. DataGuard Group, LLC offers data storage and data recovery services throughout the country. Boise Cascade is the national supplier of office products offering special discounts to e-Tenants members on select items. Cenero is a broadband multimedia integrator providing systems integration for audio and Video professionals serving corporations.

e-Tenants serves Brandywine customers by providing quality vendors. Each Partner Provider for e-Ten ants must meet exceptionally high-quality standards such as the ability to deliver a specific need of Brandywine's tenant base and adhere to the most stringent customer service benchmarks. The six new Partner Providers join an already distinguished roster of providers such as Bellia Office Furniture and VIPDesk.

"We are pleased to announce the inclusion of six new Partner Providers at e-Tenants," stated Barbara Yamarick, Senior Vice President, Tenant Services and Administration. "The continued growth of e-Tenants is a reflection of the increased usage from our tenant base who value this user-friendly service," Yamarick concluded.

e-Tenants was developed to make it easier for Brandywine's tenants to complete business and personal tasks such as ordering office furniture or paying bills. The site provides users with online access to a variety of value-added products and services. Since its inception, it has been used by more than fifty per cent of the companies in Brandywine's tenant base with the number increasing each month.

e-Tenants features comprehensive business-to-business, business-to-consumer and facility management capabilities. The business-to-business group show cases services that benefit all businesses, including office supplies, office furniture and moving services. As part of its business-to-business strategy, e-Tenants offers discounts to its members through its partnerships with qualified product and service providers. In addition, the partner providers benefit from the relation ships they form with e-Tenants customers.
