Hot Tub Time Machine 15, 94 mins Three men decide to return to the Kodiac Valley skiing resort, which was the site of their greatest triumphs when they were teenagers. The hotel is now in disrepair, but thankfully the hot tub still works and after a night of heavy drinking under the stars, the drunkards wake to find that they have been sent back to the decade of their youth.

Hot Tub Time Machine, which stars John Cusack, is a raunchy buddy comedy that basks in the glow of nostalgia.

It's just a shame the characters are sketched thinly.

Cemetery Junction 15, 90 mins Best friends Freddie (Christian Cooke), Bruce (Tom Hughes) and Snork (Jack Doolan) have very different outlooks on life. While Bruce enjoys being cock of his smalltown walk, lovable loser Snork is happy to trail in his wake, Freddie dreams of something bigger and better so he applies for a job as a door-to-door salesman with Vigilant Life Assurance, owned by Mr Kendrick (Ralph Fiennes), the father of old school sweetheart Julie (Felicity Jones).

As Freddie's ambitions broaden, the three young men are forced to re-examine their friendship.
