digiMedical Solutions, Inc.(TM) Announces New Pharmacist-in-Charge for Company Owned Harrington's Pharmacy in Ft. Myers, Florida.

digiMedical, a Microsoft Partner, Forecasts over $14.5 Million in Revenue for FY2007

COLLEYVILLE, Texas -- digiMedical Solutions, Inc.[TM] (OTC: DGMS), today announced senior pharmacist Eddie Becker as the new Pharmacist-In-Charge for Harrington's Pharmacy in Ft. Myers, Florida, one of the four company owned pharmacies in the South Florida region. A Pharmacist-In-Charge leads the regulatory and personnel management of a pharmacy, taking responsibility for all prescription medication and controlled substance safety and regulations and is in charge of the maintaining the pharmacy's operating license from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Mr. Becker brings significant experience to the management of digiMedical's Harrington's pharmacy in South Florida. The company owned pharmacies complete the digital prescription handling process being delivered by digiMedical to their network of physicians and patients. digiMedical provides wireless handheld digital prescription tools to physicians that digitally transmit the prescription to the pharmacy, preparing the prescription for patient pickup.

Mr. Becker recently served as the Chief Pharmacist for PharMerica for seven years. Prior to his tenure as Chief Pharmacist, Mr. Becker was the Director of Pharmacy Services for Howard and Morris Institutional Services, acquired by Omnicare (NYSE: OCR), for five years. Additionally Mr. Becker acted as Assistant Director of Pharmacy Services for Asco Healthcare, which became Geneva Health Services, Inc. Mr. Becker graduated from the University of Maryland and is a Registered Pharmacist in Delaware, Maryland, and Florida.
