cricket's big bash; Mass brawl between players forces charity match to end.

A MASS brawl brought a charity cricket match to an end as players swung bats and punched each other.
Footage shows a group of players having a heated discussion near the edge of the pitch at the closing stages of a tournament between local teams.
A topless thug then sprinted towards them, swinging a bat, before two others - one still in pads - exchanged blows. Another player was struck to the floor as more began clubbing their rivals.
Female spectators tried to break up the fight but the violence continued.
Paramedics said four people were injured at Mote Park Cricket Club in Maidstone, Kent, with one needing hospital treatment.
Kent Police are investigating.
The tournament between unaffiliated sides of friends who compete for different teams in the Kent cricket league, was held to raise money for the Heart of Kent Hospice and Share for Care, a charity helping those in need of medical treatment in Pakistan.
Shehzad Akram, who helped run the event, said: "We tried our best for charity and these lunatics just spoiled it."
Mote Park Cricket Club said it was not involved in the event.
