VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 31, 2000 Enterprises Inc. (OTCBB:CLOPF) CEO, John J. Henry, welcomes equine appraiser David D. Johnson to's panel of experts. In an innovative step, David Johnson's "Ask an Equine Appraiser" service will be offered as part of's new Auction site. "The addition of this free service will enhance our auction's competitive edge," Henry said.

An expert in equine litigation who conducts up to 400 equine appraisals a year, David Johnson brings excellent credentials to's auction site.

He operates North American Equine Services as its president and CEO. The company, based in Phoenix, Arizona, has 20 years experience throughout North America in evaluating horses, equipment and related activities for the insurance and legal communities.

He also has a strong hands-on background in the equine industry with 27 years as a professional horse trainer specializing in performance and breeding stock. Together with his wife Kathy, he has trained many horses and riders to compete at the national level, including coaching the U.S. Equestrian Teams' West Coast participants at the 1987 Olympic Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina. He is also involved in a number of professional equine associations and is licensed as a judge by the American Horse Shows Association and The Canadian Equestrian Association.

A former faculty member of Scottsdale Community College's Equine Science Department, he conducts numerous performance horse training clinics throughout the U.S. and Europe. He is an Associate Member of the State Bar of Arizona in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and is a member of the Arizona Dispute Resolution Association and The American Bar Association. He has also been accepted as an expert witness by the U.S. Justice Department and the IRS.

For his participation on the panel, Mr. Johnson will receive options, with a term of two years, to purchase up to fifty thousand common shares at US$0.29 per share.
