laT aT a er lIve - WITH JOOls HOlland (BBc2, Tuesday, 10pm) JooLS Holland returns for another eight-part run of his staggeringly long-running live music show... this is its 46th series.

Top of the bill are alt-rock band Blur, who perform as a four-piece for the first time in 16 years.

Jools, pictured right, is renowned for introducing new artists, including a little-known 19-year-old by the name of Adele who earned a standing ovation on her stunning debut.

onesto watch out for tonight include Mali band Songhoy Blues, Virginia singer-songwriter Natalie Prass and Minnesotan jazz-blues quartet Davina and the Vagabonds.

Jools explains the show's ethos, adding: "A huge moment is far more important than a huge name."
