T Caffle Brewery Drop Squint, 5.3% ABV, 500ml bottle, available at the Gravity Station, Barrack Lane, Cardiff The Caffle Brewery of Pembrokeshire started brewing last year, the name comes from kaffl; meaning messed up, tangled or confused and the beer is brewed in an old school near Narberth. Drop Squint is a golden-coloured beer and pours with a thick white head. The name comes from what the grandmother of the brewer use to say instead of swearing. The aroma is of biscuits and fresh bread. It's smooth and easy-drinking with the rich biscuit flavour of the malt coming through all the way throughout the taste.
