Dumped OAP flown from Spain.

AN Alzheimer's sufferer was flown from Spain before being dumped in a hospital by his expat family.

And it is believed they returned abroad after leaving the 82-year-old with a note around his neck claiming they could not cope with his illness.

The OAP was left at Oldchurch Hospital in Essex.

Social services believe the family are originally from nearby Havering.

A Havering Council spokesman said: 'We urge them to contact us.

'There is no question that his needs will not continue to be met here.'
