Yahoo! Health to continue featuring adam.com health information

adam.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADAM), a leading creator and syndicator of health information solutions, today announced it has completed a new content distribution agreement with Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq: YHOO), a leading global Internet communications, commerce and media company.

The new agreement marks the third consecutive year Yahoo! has licensed adam.com content. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

With an estimated 97 million consumers in 2001 searching the Internet for health and medical information, Yahoo!(R) Health (health.yahoo.com) offers one of the leading websites for online visitors seeking quality health content. This relationship gives adam.com access to Yahoo!'s extensive distribution network and allows users of Yahoo! Health to access adam.com's rich library of health information.

The new agreement provides millions of visitors to Yahoo! Health with access to adam.com's Health Illustrated Encyclopedia, which features more than 3,500 physician-reviewed disease and condition explanations supported by full-color illustrations, photos and diagrams.

"Our continued relationship with Yahoo! demonstrates the extraordinary influence consumers have in driving content decisions for companies like Yahoo!," said Robert S. Cramer, Jr., adam.com's chairman and CEO. "We believe this agreement strengthens our position as one of the leading global sources of health and medical information."
