Cooper Tire names Dattilo president Cooper Tire & Rubber appointed Thomas A. Dattilo president and chief operating officer. Datillo, 47, was formerly president, sealing products, for Dana in Toledo, OH. Datillo attended Ohio State University and also completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. He is a member of the Young President's Organization and is past chairman of the Automotive Parts Manufacturers Association. In his new position, Datillo will oversee Cooper's tire and engineered products divisions and information systems and strategic planning group. Cooper Tire & Rubber is the fourth largest tire manufacturer in the U.S. TECHNICAL Nikolaos I. Stamatoulakis joined ND Industries as a chemist. Carr business manager for its strategic alliance business. Shirley Gaufin was appointed senior vice president, human resources by Raytheon Engineers & Constructors. Continental General Tire has promoted Donald L. Botka to vice president, business manager for its North American OEM operations.
