Zund Realty reports leases.

Kenneth Zund Realty Associates, Inc. reports that it has completed the following leasing transactions during the last quarter of 1992, representing aggregate rentals in excess of $4.5 million dollars. I.B.N., a video production company has leased the entire 6th floor at 254 West 54th Street; Theatrical Wardrobe Union, Local 764 has leased the entire 8th floor at 151 West 46th Street; The advertising agency, Norman, Lawrence, Farfell, Patterson will be relocating to the entire 11th floor at 307 Fifth Avenue; Mauri & Laudiero, LTD a manufacturer of fine men's shoes, has leased the entire 16th floor at 5 East 57th Street for it's showroom and sales office; Fashion Dossier, Inc. has leased the entire 11th floor at 561 Seventh Avenue; Hoashi Communications Inc. in an expansion and relocation, has leased a part of the 18th floor at 275 Madison Avenue; American Tours International, has relocated from the Empire State Building to 347 Fifth Avenue; and Make 10, a women's shoe store, has taken a long term retail lease for the entire ground floor at 680 Broadway.
