Zoning okayed.

Sahn Ward & Baker has successfully obtained the necessary zoning approvals and variances from the Town of Hempstead in order to complete the purchase of land and begin construction for a new single family home in the Lakeview area for the non-profit organization Habitat for Humanity in Nassau County, New York, Inc.

"This is an important organization that makes a significant difference in the lives of hard-working families on Long Island. Our Firm is proud to be able to help Habitat for Humanity in its efforts to provide affordable housing and we are gratified that the Town gave its full cooperation and recognized the public benefit of the application," said Michael H. Sahn, founding partner at Sahn Ward & Baker.

Habitat for Humanity is a non profit, ecumenical organization that seeks to eliminate poverty housing and to create decent and affordable housing for working families in need.
