Zoned out. (Food Porn).

It's "the pizza you eat like a sandwich," says Pizza Hut about its new P'Zones.

The corporate strategists at Pizza Hut have apparently decided that eating pizza the traditional way, one slice at a time, doesn't get fatty cheese and meat into its patrons quickly enough. Better to fold an entire pizza in half and turn it into a humongous sandwich.

Each P'Zone transforms a 12-inch (medium) mozzarella-sprinkled hand-tossed pizza crust into a calzone-like "sandwich" by topping it, folding it, and baking it. You can get the Classic (sausage, peppers, and onions), the Pepperoni (copious slices of you-know-what), or the Meaty (pepperoni, sausage, beef, pork, and ham).

The pizza crust isn't the only thing that gets stuffed. Even if you eat just half a P'Zone, you'll take in at least 600 calories, 1,000 milligrams of sodium, and 20 grams of fat (10 of them saturated--half a day's worth). Go for the Meaty and you can make it three-quarters of a day's artery gunk plus 730 calories.

Of course, if Pizza Hut has its way, you'll scarf down the whole thing. "So big, we dare you to eat it alone," say the ads.

We've got a better dare: Turn your local Pizza Hut into a No P'Zone Zone.
