Zipcar Announces New Office in Philadelphia.

PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Zipcar, the world's largest car-sharing company, announced that it has opened a new office in Center City Philadelphia. The new walk-in location at 218 S. 12th Street, is easily accessible to all Philadelphians.

Jeremy Nelson, General Manager of Zipcar Philadelphia said, "Our location is transit-friendly and in a prime neighborhood of the city, so it's easier than ever for Zipcar members to drop by the office to pick up a Zipcard, ask a question, or simply stop in to say hello."

To commemorate the opening of the new office, Philadelphians who visit the new Center City Zipcar office and become a member will receive half off their membership fee. They'll also have the opportunity to spin the Zipcar Prize Wheel for a chance to win a free day in a MINI Cooper or other prizes.

Zipcar continues to pick up steam both domestically and internationally. Overall, the company is averaging 10,000 new members per month, triple the number joining at the same time last year.
