Ziff Davis Media (ZDM; New York) will cease the print publication of "PC Magazine" with an issue in January. The title, launched in 1981 and published 24 times a year for a mostly-paid circulation of 600,000, covers business and consumer technology and offers reviews, commentary and advice on new hardware, software, consumer electronics and business applications, information on trends and new technologies, and new sites and Internet services. All content will be moved online (PCMag. com) and will join Ziff Davis' PCMag Network, renamed "PCMag Digital Nework." ZDM ceo Jason Young said the move to an all-digital format "is the final step in an evolutionary process that has been playing out over the last seven years."
