Zeelandia glazes over.

Zeelandia is extending its new range of glazes with the introduction of a new egg replacement glaze, designed specifically for the industrial user--Ovex Ezimix Cold Ind. Using a unique combination of stabilisers and hydrocolloids, Ovex Ezimix Cold Ind. Offers improved freeze/thaw stability and homogeneity, compared to other savoury glazes. Designed for use on spinning disk and spraying applications, this new product uses the most modern technology to provide a more consistent glaze.

Prepared easily, with just the addition of cold water, Ovex Ezimix Cold Ind. is excellent for use on products that are traditionally difficult to glaze, such as rounded products.
