Zborovsky sells East Side block.

Mark Zborovsky and Co., Inc. has closed on the sale of an unsold unit block at 239 East 79th Street co-op, reports Mark Zborovsky, president of Mark Zborovsky & Co., Inc.

The unit block is part of a luxury, 24-hour doorman cooperative corporation housed in an 18-story, 213-unit building located on East 79th Street, on Manhattan's Upper East Side.

Due to the fact that all apartments are occupied by rent regulated tenants, the block has a slight negative cash flow.

According to Mark Zborovsky, the vacant market value of the unit block is under $7 million.

The buyer was one of Mark Zborovsky's investment clients.

Mark Zborovsky & Co., Inc. represented both the seller and the buyer in this transaction.
