Zarqa and Mafraq exports stand at JD 49 million.

Zarqa, April 5 (Petra)-Industrial exports from Zarqa and Mafraq governorates rose last March by 36 percent, reaching JD 49 million compared to the same period last year.

According to President of Zarqa Chamber of Industry Mohammad Rusaln, the value of exports during the first quarter of the current year rose by 22.3 percent with a value of JD 138 million.

aAExports to the U.S. markets topped the list, with a value reaching JD 71 million up by 23.76 percent, Iraqi markets ranked second with total exports reaching around JD 26 million which equaled for 18.75 percent of the value of the total exports.
