Zamek & Geller formed.

Eli Zamek, former executive vice president of Lehrer McGovern Bovis' Headquarters in New York City, and Richard Geller, president of The TriTech Group, West Babylon, New York, recently announced the formation of Zamek & Geller, Inc.

Zamek & Geller, Inc. will provide a comprehensive management approach to new construction and renovation/modernization projects, including commercial, residential and institutional facilities starting from conceptual planning through completion of construction.

Zamek is widely recognized as an expert in construction planning, management and value engineering. Zamek directed the construction programs for a number of prestigious institutional and commercial projects, including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, MetroTech's Chase Manhattan Financial Services Center, St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital Master Plan, and World University '93-Buffalo Stadium.

Geller is the chief executive officer of The Tri-Tech Group, an internationally prominent construction management and consulting firm. He is a nationally recognized pioneer in the development and implementation of advanced computerized management and cost control systems. Geller has introduced the Total Project Control concept to many successful projects such as Rockefeller University, 101 Avenue of the Americas, Sloan-Kettering Research Center, the New Jersey Justice Complex, The St. Regis Hotel; and Trenton State Prison.

The melding of such talent and experience, and the complete integration of Zamek's construction background with Geller's systems oriented approach to project management, positions Zamek & Geller, Inc. in the forefront of project management for the 1990's.

The new affiliation is partly in response to a nationwide demand for cost-effective, intensive pre-construction planning and project management by Owners looking to control time and costs. Zamek & Geller's personal commitment to direct involvement in their projects will be a key factor in the success of these projects.

According to Geller, the firm has the unique capability to computer simulate every aspect of the design and construction process before the project goes into the ground, and to fully integrate the Design Team and their needs into the total construction program.
