ZYGO ANNOUNCES ORDER IN WYKO PATENT SUIT

MIDDLEFIELD, Conn., May 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ: ZIGO) today announced that in the matter of the patent suit between Zygo Corporation (Plaintiff) and WYKO Corporation (Defendant) concerning U.S. Letters Patent No. 4,201,473, the United States District Court (District of Arizona), Judge Justin L. Quackenbush presiding, has issued an order denying WYKO's motion for reconsideration and to reopen for additional evidence. The damage trial is scheduled to commence on Nov. 29, 1993.
