ZURN RECEIVES CONTRACT FOR UTILITY COMBINED-CYCLE POWER PLANT IN FARMINGTON, N.M. ERIE, Pa., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Zurn Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ZRN), a leading designer and manufacturer of power systems and equipment, and water control products for environmental applications, has received a contract valued at over $15 million to repower a power generation plant for the city of Farmington, N.M. The contract calls for Zurn/NEPCO to install a new ABB-GT10B low dry Nox gas turbine/generator and a new Zurn heat recovery steam generator which will provide steam to two existing steam turbines at the present plant. When repowering is complete, the plant will be rated at over 25 megawatts.
